Occidental Cozumel, Cozumel

We had an unforgettable vacation at this resort! The beautiful grounds and stunning beach set the stage for a perfect getaway. The staff warmed our hearts with their hospitality, and while the dining options had some highs and lows, the overall experience was delightful. The cleanliness and comfort of the rooms made our stay enjoyable. However, the check-in and check-out processes left something to be desired.

Our family stay at Occidental Cozumel was overall very enjoyable, especially once we settled in and got the hang of the resort's layout. The beach is simply beautiful and very safe for swimming, which was a highlight for us. The service was exceptional, particularly from the housekeeping staff. However, we encountered some initial challenges with room assignments and a lack of availability at certain restaurants for group dining.

I had a lovely time at the hotel, which is located beautifully by the beach. The rooms were well-maintained and spacious, though a little dated. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating, making sure our stay was comfortable. However, the aggressive vacation club promotions were quite bothersome, and the food did not meet our expectations. Overall, I appreciated the location and the hospitality, but a few aspects left more to be desired.

Overall, it was a memorable vacation that we hope to repeat in the future.
